What DPS Needs:

1.DE964 (green certificate from ABC)

2.TEA Form/VOE from the attendance office at your high school or GED/ Diploma

3. Original U.S. Birth Certificate

    Passport with valid USA Visa

    Green Card

    (only one of the above)

4. Original Social Security Card – no photocopies

5. DL 14 Form filled out in black ink and signed by Parent/Legal Guardian

6. $16.00 

 
** ABC Driving School  also offers a testing service where we will take the student down to the DPS to get their permit processed and photo taken for a small additional fee.
